LG has finally announced the pre-orders of their new smartphone G8 ThinQ will begin. Pre-order dates selected for differ by carrier and retailer, with Sprint kicking things off today, March 29. The LG G8 ThinQ will be available in stores on April 11, 2019.
LG G8 ThinQ was announced at the session of Mobile World Congress last month in Barcelona, as the company’s next flagship device of LG. It has a lot of the same features that you’ve come to expect from LG smartphone, but it also has a few new tricks up its sleeve which surprise the customer. That includes the new sensor and technology like Time of Flight or ToF sensor that is being used for some cool tricks. Like Hand ID, where you can unlock your phone with your palm the first sensor given by the LG. Or being able to swipe away the calls without touching your hand on the screen.
Specification of the LG G8 ThinQ is about what you’d expected. With a 6.1-inch Quad HD+ OLED display, and had the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There is still a micro SD card slot available for expanding storage up to 256 GB, should you need more space. This is all powered by a 3500mAh capacity battery in-built.
Sprint will be opening the pre-orders for the LG G8 ThinQ today – March 29 – and it will launch a day later on April 12. Sprint is offering up the G8 ThinQ for just $15 per month on its Flex lease which is a huge and big discount on the smartphone, during the pre-order phase. Sprint is also offering up a $150 prepaid MasterCard when you purchase from the master card $75 or more in accessories for the LG G8 ThinQ.
T-Mobile is starting pre-orders on April 11 which is one day ago from launching the new smartphone and has a nice sweet deal for those looking to trade in this phone. You can get an LG G8 ThinQ for just $25.84 per month ant the EMI up to 24 months. That is taking $200 off of your total, by trading in your current smartphone. That brings the full price to $619 and the original price by the company is $819. Over 24-month payments, that would be $34.12.
The version will begin pre-orders of the LG G8 ThinQ on April 1 for $35 per month for 24 months EMI, with it launching on April 11. Verizon is also offering up some sugar like sweet deals to get you a new LG G8 ThinQ. If you trade-in your current phone and add a new line of new technology smartphone, you can get $450 off of the regular price. Or if you switch over to Verizon, you can get a $200 prepaid Mastercard offer. Finally, if you purchase the LG G8 ThinQ on Verizon’s device payment plan and activate a line, you can get $350 off from the original price. You can actually combine all three and get $1000 off on the three LG G8 ThinQ. Of course, that would only be about $800 off on the LG G8 ThinQ in monthly bill credits, with the $200 prepaid Mastercard being sent payemt out after your purchase.
AT&T company will also be carrying the LG G8 ThinQ, though it has not announced pricing yet now or any pre-order promotions for it just yet. AT&T does usually tend to be the most expensive for smartphones of LG, so expect to be the LG G8 ThinQ to be a bit more expensive than at the other carriers.
